It is understood that Okanogan County Assessors MapGeo lot line and other real-estate listing lot boundary maps are in most cases off/incorrect and all attempts to find authoritative Plat referenced Lot corner boundary markers should be made as they are the official markers recorded with the Okanogan County’s Auditor’s Office. This can be done by way of walking the land or having it professional surveyed at the Lot owners/interested purchasers cost. Please note that Nine Mile Ranch HOA does not arbitrate over Lot Boundary disputes.
