“Special” meetings are scheduled for the purpose of
addressing unforeseeable matters, if they arise, between
Regular meetings; please visit the HOA website 1 week prior to
all Special meetings to see if the meeting has been canceled due
to lack of newly arisen matters. Please also note that all Special
meeting agendas will include only new matters and will not
include typical recurring matters addressed at all Regular
meetings.
